If not on-line, orders must be placed via fax or mail for confirmation purposes.

Production Time & Shipping: Our normal production time is 4-6 weeks upon receipt of deposit. At times we experience very high production demands, so please contact us for exact lead times.
A shipping and handling charge, which averages about 9% of the order, will be added.

Returns & Credits:
Returns will be accepted only because of damage due to transit or poor workmanship.

Please keep in mind that slight variations in color and style are what make our handcrafted tiles unique and desirable. Tiles with wash (matte) finish are sealed against moisture; however, we do not recommend nor can we guarantee their performance in continually wet installations (pools, shower floors, etc.). We allow 10 business days to file a claim for credit, so please examine your product upon receipt.
